
Booking Policies
Pricing
- Hourly Rate: Each artist has their own hourly rate, so give us a call to confirm the price for your preferred artist. We want to make sure you get the right fit for your tattoo!
- Half-Day & Full-Day Sessions: Want to dive deep into your design? We offer Half-Day (4 hours) and Full-Day (4-6 hours) sessions to make sure we have enough time to bring your tattoo vision to life.
- Complete Project Fix Rate: For those looking for a clear budget, some of our artists offer a fixed rate for full projects. No surprises—just peace of mind and predictable pricing as you plan your tattoo journey!
Deposit
- A $210 deposit is required for new projects. Please refer to the Deposit Policy for further details.
Rescheduling
- To reschedule, please notify us at least 1 week in advance. A new date must also be selected within a reasonable timeframe.
Subject Matter Changes
- Significant changes to the planned subject matter must be approved in advance. This could result in the loss of your deposit if the changes are substantial.
Out-of-Town Clients
- If you're traveling from out of town, I'm happy to offer recommendations for hotels and assist with travel details.
Consultation and Booking an Appointment
1. Consultation: To get started, fill out the consultation form or call the shop to schedule a consultation.
2. Booking: Reach out to the studio or your preferred artist directly to check availability that works for both of you. Once your project is approved through an in-person or phone consultation, select your date and pay the deposit. Simple as that—your appointment is booked!
3. Confirmation: After your booking is confirmed, just show up on the scheduled day and you're all set!
Additional Sessions
- For ongoing projects, you can easily book additional sessions. No extra deposit is needed. Once your new session is confirmed, your appointment is set.
Deposit Policy
- Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please ensure you're committed to your appointment before submitting a deposit.
Cancellation / No-Show / Last-Minute Reschedule
- If you cancel, fail to show up, or reschedule less than 1 week before your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
Rescheduling with Advance Notice
- If you provide at least 1 week’s notice but don't rebook within a reasonable period, you will lose your deposit, and a new deposit will be required for the next booking.
- Rescheduling with Notice: We will accommodate rescheduling requests made with at least 1 week’s notice
Subject Matter Change
- If you decide to change the scope of your project significantly after booking, you may forfeit your deposit unless the new project is approved by the artist.
We appreciate and respect your time, and kindly ask that you do the same for us.
All deposits will be applied to the final cost of your tattoo during your last session.
